灣生物精神醫學暨神經精神藥理學學會（以下簡稱本會）與日本生物精神醫學會（Japanese Society of Biological Psychiatry, JSBP）於2009.11.3由本會第四屆蘇東平理事長與日本武田雅俊理事長（Professor Masatoshi Takeda）簽訂學術交流計畫，以提升臺灣與日本生物精神醫學研究。每年兩學會將各推薦兩名40歲以下會員參與對方之年會會議，及發表口頭學術報告，每位受邀者將獲得JSBP美金1000元之經費贊助。
